Meredith Merrill's designs are inspired by her love of vintage and antique jewelry. Every single one of the pieces in her collection is one-of-a-kind, made with antique lockets and charms, most of which date to the late 1800s.One of the things Meredith loves about the Victorian and Art Deco period is the wonderful symbolism to be found in the designs. Color, shapes and animals all have special meanings, i.e. luck, love and friendship. Finding such pieces in great condition can take time and is a true labor of love.
Her hope is that her pieces, which incorporate turn of the century and vintage with an infusion of the modern, transcend time with stylish sophistication and that they are cherished for many more generations to come.
